Rental conditions at AutoCorfu

AutoCorfu is authorised to drive a car on the island of Corfu, for persons older than 21 years oldhave at least 12 months of driving experience at the time of renting a car

The exception is the rental of minibuses (minivans): seven-seater and nine-seater cars. The driver must be over 24 years of age, with at least 3 years of driving experience

In order to rent a car from our company AutoCorfu, you only need to bring with you regular driving licence

Unlimited kilometres, without any restrictions

Payment is made directly at the moment of receiving the car

All our prices on the website are final and include:
- Ultra-full insurance;
- pick-up and drop-off anywhere on Corfu Island
- all taxes and duties

Upon receipt of the car our employee will fill in the rental agreement and you will pay for the order in a convenient way for you:
- Cash
- By Visa/ Mastercard

If you pay in cash, we will not ask you for an additional credit card to rent a car.

When you sign the rental contract, we will show you and record the level of fuel in the tank at the time of pick-up. The same level of fuel must be left at the end of your car hire in Corfu.
We also want to note that our drivers do not give out cars with a yellow burning light, you will always have a sufficient supply of petrol.

At the same time, we do not take any deposits when renting a car in our company AutoCorfu.

By ordering a car from our website you:
- immediately receive an advance booking to your e-mail
- Within a short period of time we will process your order and contact you to clarify the details of your booking, confirm it or inform you about possible alternatives by one of the convenient means of communication - (Whatsapp/Viber/ e-mai/ call).
- You can be sure that your order will be processed, for this purpose we additionally contact each of our customers as soon as possible
- Whilst there is no prepayment, once your booking has been confirmed, we guarantee you will receive the vehicle except in the event of force majeure.
- in case of difficulties with your booking (due to car breakdown, accident and other problems) our company can replace the car category with a similar, higher one without further notice to the customer or change of price. If a replacement cannot be found, we firstly endeavour to keep the booking on pre-booking conditions, for this reason the booking can be transferred to another company with similar booking and insurance conditions without prior notice, with customer service and assistance continuing throughout the booking. If it is not possible to resolve force majeure circumstances and find a similar replacement, our company will contact the customer as far in advance as possible.

You can extend the number of days of car rental already on the spot, however, you should understand that from May to September in our company AutoCorfu, in most cases, cars may not be available for the next 1-3 days. Therefore, it is better to inform in advance about the wish to extend the car rental

Free cancellation is possible 24 hours prior to the start of the rental.

The Renter has the right to return the Car earlier than the rental expiry date specified in the Contract.
The Renter shall be refunded the rental price for the full unused rental days, provided that the Lessor is notified at least 72 (seventy-two) hours before the expected time of the Car return. Otherwise, the Lessor has the right to refuse the refund. When returning the Car ahead of time, the Lessor recalculates the rent for the used continuous time of the Car in the rental in accordance with the tariffs valid at the moment of recalculation, depending on the actual number of days.

You can get a car at any, even the most remote and inaccessible point of Corfu island, not to mention the airport/hotel/apartment and the seaport

You can also return the car anywhere on Corfu island, you do not have to return the car at the same place where you received it

If you rent a car at Corfu Island Airport, you will be able to pick up your luggage at the airport building, our driver will meet you with a nameplate and/or AUTOCORFU logo

- When placing an order, you specify the flight of arrival - this ensures that we meet each of our clients personally.

- On the day of pick up, 10 minutes before the driver arrives, we call on Viber or WhatsApp to let you know that you can come down to reception to pick up your car

3) We deliver cars free of charge throughout the island of Corfu, so pick-up and drop-off times vary depending on the distance and schedule of car deliveries. We will inform you in advance of any possible nuances at the booking confirmation stage.

We are well aware that calling a regular phone while roaming can be quite costly, for this reason, We try to contact you by Viber/WhatsApp, but if this is not possible, in an emergency we will call you on your normal telephone number.
